Community Update

To our community,

As we find ourselves in unprecedented times, over the past month, we’re all aligned by a universal concern as we aptly adjust to self-isolation measures, in an effort to safeguard against the coronavirus pandemic. In many ways, COVID-19 serves as a powerful reminder of our interconnectedness and the need for a united front in the face of uncertainty. Fortunately, businesses of all size and scale have been quick to adapt, pivoting their offering(s) to support online demand, while adjusting internal processes to ensure employee and customer safety.

Our team at Forthought remains safe and healthy, and we wish the same for our customers and community at large. We’re grateful to have each other and remain incredibly optimistic that normalcy will soon return to our personal and professional lives. In the meantime, we wanted to touch base and provide an update on our team. With the exception of Angie’s baked treats during morning meetings (a perk of in-office work that we so dearly miss), we are operating business as usual. As our team has adjusted well to working remotely, without Angie’s treats and in-person customer interactions but, alas, we remain here for you and ready to work.

Of course, company culture and employee well-being continues to be our main priority, we have implemented a number of measures to help our team cope with some of the challenges during these times. We’ve been able to offer our staff improved access to the internal network, ensuring there is no drop-off in speed or productivity. If anything, these circumstances have made us rethink the need for a formal office as it may not be a defining factor for success. Ultimately, right now, success can be attributed to our team, our effective use of virtual communication pathways, the passion we share to produce great work, and our ability to be flexible and adapt quickly.

As we now face a notable influx of e-commerce demand, many of our clients are focusing primarily on digital banner ads and designing for the online space. Artwork is still being released both domestically and internationally, while keeping our finger on the pulse of evolving trends amidst this new (however temporary) era of business.

As always, we are deeply committed to the success of our clients, in accordance with our band promise to remain curiously creative and future focused. If you need anything during this time, please do not hesitate to reach out; we are here to serve you, and continuously exceed expectations.

Stay safe and healthy,

The Forthought Team
